This Privacy Policy explains how Dalary, Inc. (“Dalary,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and product (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided through our authentication provider when you sign up.
- Brand profile — the brand details, voice, style preferences, timezone, and any assets you upload during onboarding so we can draft on-brand content.
- Connected social accounts — when you connect a platform (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram), we store the tokens and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf, managed through our publishing provider.
- Content — the posts, captions, and cover art generated for you, plus any edits, approvals, or schedules you make.
- Usage & device data — standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and interactions, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To generate content and publish it to the accounts you connect and approve.
- To send you transactional email, including drafts awaiting your review.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers we share data with
We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service: authentication (Clerk), database & storage (Supabase), content generation (OpenAI), social publishing (Zernio), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and hosting (Vercel). Content you submit to generate posts may be processed by OpenAI and is not used by Dalary to train models.
Data retention & your choices
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect social accounts at any time from the Accounts page. To access, export, or delete your data, or to close your account, email us at privacy@dalary.ai and we will act on your request as required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where they apply).
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
